How Epoxy Flooring Ogden Works
Epoxy Flooring Ogden coats concrete floors in Ogden and the towns around it, from North Ogden and Pleasant View down to Roy, Layton and Kaysville, and up the highway to Brigham City. We coat garages, basements, shops, warehouses and commercial floors. Our systems are epoxy, polyaspartic, flake broadcast and metallic. Which one goes on your floor depends on what we find when we look at the slab.
Concrete along the Wasatch Front lives a hard life. Winter brings salt and slush into the garage. Summer brings hot tires and strong sun through an open door. Many Ogden houses are old enough that the garage slab has cracks, patches or a coat of paint from a past owner. Each of those changes the prep, and the prep decides how long a coating stays put.
What you can expect from us
- An in-person visit to measure the floor and check it for moisture, oil, old coatings and cracks.
- A written quote that lists the system, each coat, the prep work and the total.
- Diamond grinding of the whole slab, edges included, so the coating bonds to clean, open concrete.
- Cracks, chipped joints and pitting filled before the first coat.
- Plain instructions on when to walk on the floor, when to move things back and when to park.
- No added work without a written change you approve first.
We work on concrete only. We do not coat tile, vinyl or wood. If a slab has a problem a coating will not solve, such as water coming through it, heaving or a crack that keeps moving, we tell you before you pay for a floor.
